We want you to love your Vrg grl items! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.
  • All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks, bodysuits, or any final sale items. These are marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. To start the process, please visit our Returns Portal at shopvrggrl.com.
  2. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  3. Follow the instructions to select the items you wish to return or exchange and to print your pre-paid return label.
  4. Pack your items securely, attach the return label, and drop your package at the designated carrier location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing your orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you and cover the return shipping costs for these cases. Please reach out to our customer service team through the contact form on our website to resolve this.

International Returns

Please note that international customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes incurred when sending the package back to us. These fees are non-refundable. We cannot mark returned items as gifts.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
