SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of order. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has left our fulfillment centre.
If you haven’t received your order after 10 business days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. We will do our best to help you locate your package.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over a certain value. Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
DELIVERY
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Please note that these times can vary, especially during peak periods and holidays.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Please note that any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer once the shipment reaches your country. Vrg Grl is not responsible for these additional charges. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Vrg Grl items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
